"Hamburg's Best Employers"
We are awarded! On 17 January 2023, for the 3rd time, after 2015 and 2020, we received the prize as "Hamburg's Best Employers". This time we were awarded in the category Employee Development and Corporate Culture. The award was based on qualified empirical surveys of employees and managers, which were conducted at our location in November 2022. It fills us with pride that in these interviews the very good corporate culture and the existing development opportunities were repeatedly a central topic.
We are proud of our team of over 500 employees worldwide who, with great passion for quality and innovation, make our products ready for the future and find new solutions for the demands of our customers.
The "Hamburg's Best Employers" competition was launched in 2009 by Prof. Werner Barges from the Hamburg Helmut-Schmidt University, the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, alster radio 106.8 and the Hamburger Abendblatt (newspaper). The awards were based on surveys conducted among qualified employees and managerial staff and standardised audits. Prizes are awarded to the top-scoring companies with the "Hamburg's best employer" seal of approval.
