Evaporator shut-off module
Safe and flexible evaporator technology
The module allows one evaporator to be shut down for maintenance while the other continues to operate.
A safety valve protects the pipes against thermal expansion and is installed on a three-way ball valve for maintenance work. The gas loop ensures that only gas enters the safety valve.Max. working pressure: 40 bar

Protection and ease of maintenance for evaporators
The safety valve module is designed for gas pipeline pressure protection. lt protects against excess pressure at a desired set point.

Timed changeover module
Automatic changeover for safe operation
After a certain length of time, there is a risk of the evaporator icing up. lf this happens, heat transfer is no longer ensured. Timed changeover modules the flow between two evaporators, ensuring continuous and reliable operation.

Low temperature cut off module
Safe materials and switch-off in low temperatures
For cryogenic applications, either copper or stainless steel is generally used, but occasionally carbon steel. lf carbon steel is used, and the temperature falls below -20°C, there is a risk of brittle fracture, which has serious consequences. In such cases - i.e. overload - the system automatically switches off.

Pressure regulating module
Pressure regulation for safe use
This module reduces the pressure at the customer's point of delivery. While welding operations generally work with 6 bar, other applications require lower pressures. The pressure out of the tank is normally in excess of 10 bar. The regulator kit safety valve is sised to safely handle the regulator's maximum fault flow.

Safety valve module complete with globe check valve
Protection and ease of maintenance for evaporators (used for single vaporiser applications)
Protects the evaporator against overload and prevents excessive pressure from system flow. A shut-off feature facilitates maintenance by completely cutting off inflow. A check valve ensures that no medium gets into the evaporator on the inlet side.
